Position Summary
The University Library is seeking to hire an Extra Help ITSA to provide technical and program support to Library staff and students. The Library Systems team is short staffed. Hiring an Extra Help employee will provide daily operational support.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide PC and MAC troubleshooting support Provide software, printer and other office equipment support to library staff Answer questions from faculty, staff and students (in person, on the phone, and through email) about software, hardware, networks, communications, computer usage policy, printing, internet access and operating systems
