Program Analyst Junior

Bowhead seeks a Program Analyst Junior to provide acquisition and operations support to the Capabilities Development Integrated Product Team (IPT) within PMA-263 Small Tactical Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Program Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, coordinates and facilitates Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings.
• Updates and posts information on the PMA-263 SharePoint and Teams sites.
• Assist in financial analysis and entry into Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT).
• Assist Integrated Product Team (IPT) lead in developing and updating program PowerPoint slides.
• Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
• Tracks program/project status and schedules.
• Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
• Assist in developing Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs) and entering into Program Management Tool (PMT).
• Support program procurements by providing acquisition support services through the collection of technical progress reports, cost, schedule, alternative and work around procedures provided by the prime contractors.
• Provide administrative support to include booking, preparing and processing travel through Defense Travel System (DTS).
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• BS/BA* with 0-3 years relevant experience. *Allowable Substitution High School Diploma or GED with additional 6 years of work experience.
• Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft TEAMS required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all in the workforce is essential.
• Must be detailed oriented, organized, and a quick learner.
• Experience supporting DOD preferred.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
