Our client is looking for a Finance and Accounting Systems Manager to guide process changes and maintain Financial Systems.

This role is a long-term contract position that will go at least 3 months

Responsibilities

• Work to develop clarity around business systems and the requirements for compliance as well as added enhancements
• Liaise between the Information technology department and the users on the financial side
• Assess the current state of systems and lead integrations of relevant systems for one cohesive user interface
• Prioritize and recreate user issues and resolve problems and reduce error
• Create requirements for business rules and resolve issues to clarify these rules.
• Create testing and set up standards with relevant data to ensure requirements are met and systems operate as expected

Required Experience, Education, and Credentials:

• 10 years of accounting experience, particularly within a growing mid-size company
• Bachelor’s Degree with Major in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred
• Professional communication skills
• Experience working with multiple legal entities
• Experience working with D365 and RDG reporting software (strongly preferred)
• Advance Excel (VBA, Macros, Power Queries)
• CPA and/or Big 4 experience (preferred)

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

-Resource Solutions Consultants are paid for every hour worked and time and a half for overtime, unlike traditional employment where professionals at this level are exempt from earning overtime pay.
