Are you an experienced Pharmacy Tech, passionate about providing quality? Palmetto Lowcountry Behavioral is looking for you! We are recruiting to fill PRN Pharmacy Tech positions.

Position Summary

The Pharmacy Tech will be responsible for ensuring availability and delivery of medications to authorized location/personnel.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare and repackage medications accurately

• Maintain in date inventory of medications
• Fill medication cart for delivery to units after verification by Pharmacist in charge.

Available Schedules

Variable

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Pharmacy Technician training required.

Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of recent experience preferred 

Age-Specific Competencies: Child, Adolescent, Adult and Geriatric. 

Licensure/Certification: SC LLR Pharmacy Tech or Pharmacy Intern required. Current PTCB preferred.

Other:

Must be detail oriented with strong interpersonal skills. The ability to prioritize is a must.

HIPAA: Does not have access to Medical Records. Access to PHI is incidental and unintentional.
