We are currently seeking an Allied Therapist to join our leadership team.

The Allied Therapist is responsible for assessing patients’ leisure and recreational activities, providing age and developmentally appropriate therapy groups using a combination of activities, creative arts modalities, and talk therapy, helping patients develop safety/crisis plans, and establishing behavioral treatment goals in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Fairmount Behavioral Health System.

• Master's degree in Allied Health or related counseling/clinical field.
• One year prior experience in Allied Therapy field working with people in recovery from mental health disorders preferred
• Knowledge of group therapy process and group leadership skills, evidence based and best practices, age specific growth and development, crisis and behavior management.
