The Hospital is looking for a Nursing Supervisor 7P-7A ($3,000 Sign-On Bonus) who will be responsible for the delivery of quality nursing care for all patients on the Child, Adolescent and Adult Units. As a key team member in the clinical area, the Nursing Supervisor promotes a climate of effective performance through role modeling, willingness to learn and teach, and availability to patients and staff. Organizes, manages and coordinates nursing services on assigned shift as delegated by the Director of Nursing.
