Roxbury Hospital & Treatment Center is a private, 112-bed detoxification/rehabilitation and psychiatric hospital located at the foothills of the scenic Blue Mountains in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania. In our 60-bed chemical dependency unit, detoxification is conducted under close medical supervision. Roxbury also has 52 psychiatric beds on two units - one unit for adults and separate unit for adolescents treating individuals with mental illnesses who need short-term hospitalization. We have been providing dedicated mental health care since 1984, and Shippensburg provides a healthy and expansive location to live, work and play.

The Nurse Manager is a key member of the Roxbury Nursing eadership Team who will work closely with the Director of Nursing and other nursing administration on nursing strategy with a keen focus on patient care; ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements.
The Nurse Manager supervises all aspects of the nursing by overseeing the treatment services provided by the nursing department for our inpatient behavioral healthcare programs. Primary responsibilities include:
