Job Description:

The HIM Specialist performs a wide variety of functions including chart analysis, scanning/indexing, release of information, medical record reviews/audits, Cerner MyChart, Cerner work queue management, and investigating/troubleshooting issues related to HIM workflows.

Qualifications

• Required: One year experience in a health information management department in an integrated health system. Experience using Cerner is preferred.
