Spring Mountain Treatment Center provides inpatient and outpatient services for children, adolescents and adults in the Las Vegas area. We provide a caring and healthy environment that gives individuals a chance to make positive changes.

Placing a loved one in a treatment program is not an easy decision for a parent, guardian or family member to make. It is most often a very difficult and emotional decision, but is necessary in order to keep them safe and provide him or her with a new beginning.

A key to our services is the ability to work collaboratively with the patient, family or referring provider during treatment. Our team of psychiatrists, nurses and social workers work together to create an atmosphere where patients feel safe and a plan to return home.

The primary responsibilities of the Intake/Admissions Coordinator position:

The Intake/Admissions Coordinator ensures accurate information of daily census and potential admission information. Coordinates admissions operations of hospital to ensure care delivered to patient in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards. Completes assessments and referrals to ensure effective work and communication with other hospital departments, personnel, referral sources, and insurance agencies.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Masters preferred with major academic studies in psychology, social work or health/counseling field or licensure in nursing profession; including appropriate on-the-job training and experience to meet the duties and responsibilities of this position. 
• Must have three years’ experience working in a clinical setting, providing direct patient care and/or previous admission experience.
• Must have marketing and sales abilities, as well as, the ability to complete clinical assessments.
