The onboarding specialist contributes to the mission of the Talent Acquisition Department by providing clerical and administrative support to the recruiters and associate recruiters. Duties include processing job references, background checks, new hire paperwork, candidate and recruiter travel, onboarding coordination (i.e., scheduling occupational health appointments, new employee orientation and tracking the deferred hiring processes) and other related transactions. Serves as the onboarding liaison between the new hire, Talent Acquisition, Occupational Health and Human Resources Development departments. This position also provides direct customer service and assistance related to the talent acquisition process to both internal and external customers. This position will be responsible for coverage of multiple talent acquisition functions and will also serve as a point of contact for select vendors and community contacts.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Minimum Pay Rate - Hourly: $20.04 Midpoint Pay Rate - Hourly: $24.71
