Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• Licensed RN in Florida.
• BSN preferred.
• 2 years of recent RN experience (in a clinical capacity) applicable to the designated population served is required.
• Case management experience is preferred.
• Case managers hired after January 1, 2018 who do not possess a BSN and/or a MSN will be required to obtain, at a minimum, a BSN within three years of employment as a case manager.
• Professional nursing board certification in specialty area preferred. Case managers hired after January 1, 2018 will be required to obtain specialty certification within two years of employment as a case manager.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Valid RN license in the state of Florida.
