DescriptionUnder the direction of the MEP Manager: * Identify, diagnose and resolve the root causes of electrical, mechanical and performance issues on HVAC equipment and related control systems serving critical environments. * Develop sequences of operation for mechanical equipment to address energy management and sustainability without running afoul of regulatory requirements. * Provide support and training to end users who interface with the building automation system. * Research and formalize the most cost effective process for sensor calibration and part replacements. * Maintain all temperature, RH and pressure sensors in calibration and documented as such. * Maintain regulatory documentation for inspection agencies in reference to temperature, humidity, and pressurization trends for critical areas, including documentation of root-cause determination and resolution. * Communicate out-of-range temperature/RH/pressurization/air change conditions to stakeholders in a timely and concise manner. * Respond to patient comfort calls using CICARE to guide behavior towards a positive interaction.
