DescriptionAs a key member of the Medicare Advantage Compliance team, the Senior Compliance Data Analyst plays a crucial role in autonomously crafting detailed requirement specifications to meet compliance standards. They collaborate closely with various stakeholders including business units, external trading partners, IT teams, and support teams, acting as a bridge between them. You will: * Ensure that both functional and non-functional requirements align with the Senior Compliance Data Analyst's vision and are effectively implemented. * Meticulously monitor data, design, and delivery requirements while working alongside the Compliance team to identify, analyze, quantify, and mitigate any compliance risks that may arise. * Work with the training and development staff to deliver and update training documentation, ensuring comprehensive understanding and adherence to compliance protocols. * Generate adhoc reports to provide timely support to the compliance team, leadership and/or external regulator. Salary Range: $71,500 -$154,900/annually
