DescriptionThis Business Intelligence Specialist II position provides advanced data and analytical support to UCLA Health System. The responsibilities include the development and management of databases that support efficient workflow and adhere to the specifications of regulatory agencies. The incumbent provides data support to data-driven performance improvement projects within UCLA Health system. The incumbent prepares reports and Tableau dashboards, and presents findings to health system leaders and teams. The incumbent also manages data-driven projects and assists with the identification of critical issues and development of solutions using the PDCA and Lean methodologies. The incumbent is required to work effectively with minimum supervision as part of a team and work productively with the department staff while assuring the maximum use of technology to promote efficient work systems. Hourly Salary Range: $31.03 - $65.90
