DescriptionThe Academic Personnel (AP) Analyst 3 is responsible for managing and coordinating academic personnel functions for the Department of Ophthalmology. Specific areas of responsibility include dossier management, academic recruitment, advancement, and separation, leave administration, benefits, personnel administration, employee relations, payroll management, and coordination of credentialing, privileging, visas, and special license programs. The AP Analyst 3 serves as subject matter expert (SME) and point of contact on various academic personnel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with UC, UCLA, DGSOM, and department policies.
