Summary:
Drives the overall strategies and processes for benefits design and delivery, compensation strategy, incentive design, executive compensation, pay equity design and administration, and HR Analytics. Develops and executes overall strategy for HR operational excellence for mergers and new acquisitions.

Responsibilities:
  • Builds and maintains a total rewards strategy that is fully aligned with UCHealth' s business strategy, motivates performance, is fiscally responsible, and supports the attraction and retention of high performing talent. Responsible for implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs, initiatives and best practices for merit and incentive pay administration/planning, salary structures, salary survey participation. Responsible for development of benefits programs, benefits package review and renewal, and wellness initiatives. Ensure that all total rewards programs comply with local and national labor laws and regulations.
  • In partnership with HR Communications, develops and executes effective communication strategies to educate employees about their total rewards package, ensuring they understand the value of their compensation and benefits. Oversees relationships with external vendors, consultants, and service providers to optimize cost-effective delivery of compensation and benefits services. Leads and directs the activities involved in providing on-going system support for HR Analytics.
  • Responsible for managing and executing HR operational functions for mergers and new acquisitions. Supports creation of materials for Executive Compensation Committee.
  • Responsible for the planning on HR IT systems ensuring they are designed to operate as a whole. Identifies and develops integration points to ensure efficient and secure data movement across systems. Leads and directs the subject matter experts involved in providing on-going GHR system support.
  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree with major course work in business administration, human resources management, or a related field
  • Required Licensure/Certification: None Required.
  • Minimum Experience: 10 years' experience in Human Resources, 5 years' experience leading Total Rewards programs.
The pay range for this position is: $172,036 - $258,044 / year. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
