One Twenty Three Tavern is looking for hard working, fun-loving Dishwashers to join our team! Our Dishwashers play a valuable and critical role in our operation and work alongside our back of house, and front of house teams to ensure an amazing dining experience. Full and Part-Time positions are available.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Wash all wares in dish-washing machine or by hand according to the highest sanitation standards and store in proper areas
- Polish all silverware, platters, and chafing dishes
- Empty garbage cans, wash, and reline with new bags. Break down boxes, crates, and remove debris
- Wash and polish all stainless steel in the kitchen including shelves, dish cabinets, ice machines, coffee area, refrigerators, walk-ins, etc.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors
- Assisting in food preparation, storing foods after delivery, and cleaning coolers, freezers, and storerooms
- Maintain inventories of soap, chemicals, and paper towels
- Assist in completing weekly kitchen cleaning and maintenance list
- Ensures all safety, sanitation and security procedures are followed.
- Must arrive to work on time, well‐groomed and in clean work attire.
- Other duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Strong communication and time management skills,
- Able to work under pressure
- Can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, outgoing, and a team player
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to be on your feet and active for 8 or more hours, climb stairs, lift up to 50lbs and use basic cleaning equipment
