Job Description:

• Perform electronic repairs on customers' devices, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and gaming consoles
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide recommendations for repair or replacement
• Work from one of our service vans, visiting customers' homes or businesses for on-site repairs
• Service 6-8 customers per day on average, ensuring timely and quality repairs
• Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times
• Upsell accessories and additional services to customers as needed to make extra $$$

Minimum Requirements:

• 1-3 years of customer service/retail sales experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a small team
• Reliable transportation

Pay: $32,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
