To assist in managing the daily operations of Student Accounting Services, which may encompass, but is not limited to, accounting for loans and scholarship programs, and student accounts receivables. To assist management in planning and implementing departmental policies and procedures. To manage and supervise staff, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations. To assign work schedules and activities, train employees and conduct employee performance appraisals. To assist in hiring, terminating and approving employee promotions.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Assists in managing the daily operations of Student Accounting Services, which may encompass,
but is not limited to accounting for loans and scholarship programs, and student accounts
receivables.
2. Assists management in planning and implementing departmental policies and procedures. Manages
and supervises staff, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations.
3. Assigns work schedules and activities, trains employees and conducts employee performance
appraisals. Assists in hiring, terminating and approving employee promotions.
4. Attends meetings on behalf of management. Assumes responsibilities of management in his/her
absence.
5. Performs other duties as assigned

Annual Salary Range: $60,835 - $62,660.05

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field and four (4) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
