What You’ll Do:

This position will be instrumental in the daily activities within Equipment Finance and Treasury. Responsibilities may include leadership and/or participation in the development of, implementation of, and adherence to financial procedures that will improve operations, consistency, controls, process efficiency, and effectiveness of the functional area. Other duties include:

• Requests and initiate daily payments and equipment payoffs
• Prepares new funding equipment financing checklists
• Works with Asset Management on POA, lien releases and titles
• Assists in Monthly Financial Reporting
• Analyzes and make recommendations for Monthly Cash & Equipment Financing Reports
• Researches Bank Errors & Problems with Leasing Documents
• Provide as a backup for updating daily cash position reports & reconciliation of bank accounts
• Assist in Forecasting Monthly and Quarterly Key Financial measurements such as Debt Covenants, Borrowing Base
• Assists in RFP for Rate Quotes for Equipment Financing external Financial community
• Conducts special projects for Treasury Management & Equipment Financing

What We’re Looking For:

Education

• Education: B.S. Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years’ in Finance or Accounting experience required

Skills/Certifications

• Certified FMVA, FPAC, CTP or equivalent preferred
• Ability to understand Accounting & Finance Principles including ASC 842 preferred
• Ability to communicate with a wide variety of management levels or people in the Financial Community
• Ability to manage daily function with minimal supervision
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access; Ability to learn new software applications as needed
