Additionally, this individual should also proactively identify ways to add business value and be able to produce reports to measure the value that was added. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Ability to analyze data, including numerical detail, identify patterns or trends, and draw valid conclusions.Ensures delivery of effective reporting and data insights to stakeholders.Develops analytical tools and strategic reports that help identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities for practices.Understands how the data solutions will be used to reduce risk, change behavior ormake/influence business decisions, and communicates to management.Maintains and improves existing reports, metrics and dashboards.Minimum Qualifications: Education/Licensing/Certification: Education or experience equivalent to a 4-year undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Data & Analytics, or other relevant field of study is preferred.Training, education and certifications in Tableau (Tableau-delivered) preferred Experience (years and type): 1 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence preferredKnowledge and Skills: Ability to analyze data and use resulting insights to tell a story.Experience with SQLExperience with Tableau development, data visualizations and Tableau Prep preferred
