R10039443 Business Intelligence Lead (Open) Location: Atlanta, GA (RDA) - Welding equipment rental How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The Business Intelligence Lead will work as part of the business services team to develop and support the enterprise data management efforts. Responsibilities include leading the master data management program, developing and supporting the data warehouse and data analytics reporting capabilities, working with clients to solve business problems using enter data management (EDM), Power BI, D365 and CRM capabilities, and improving the quality of data throughout the company. Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate and communicate data requirements with internal business stakeholders and external clients. Work with company management and end users to identify and solve problems. Lead the company's existing extensive Power BI efforts. Lead the corporate EDM program; define master data ownership to drive continuous data quality improvements, implement quality measures and methods to align quality improvements with other corporate projects and priorities. Maintain data warehouses. Analyze and document data related issues and collaborate with other IT teams to implement improvements including root cause analysis and resolution. Evaluate data quality of client data using various methods and principles such as data profiling, data validation, trending, baseline, data standards, and data cleansing. Enhance data quality checks by identifying and defining metrics, thresholds, and benchmarks. Analyze data from source data files and central repository to research root causes for data gaps, discrepancies, inconsistencies, and derive insights via longitudinal analysis. Lead all aspects of system operation, integration, and upgrade projects including project planning, status tracking and reporting. Maintain Red-D-Arc’s applications and business requirements of rapidly changing technology. Application designing, testing, implementing, and documenting business applications Education Post-secondary education equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Accounting, Finance, and/or IS Concentrations) Work experience in the IT Business Data Analysis field can be a substitute for post-secondary education Experience Working functional knowledge of Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations plus Microsoft CRM Minimum 5 years of experience and solid understanding of Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies (for example Data Lake) Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing/developing ETL/Data Migration/Data Integration Working knowledge of SQL / Python Very proficient with common office tools including Microsoft Excel and Power BI Communications proficiency to all levels in the company from executives to end users Skills and Abilities Attention to detail and solid organizational skills Ability to document issues and suggest solutions Ability to multi-task and work independently with little supervision Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Ability to work on multiple projects, meets deadlines, and creatively solves problems Adaptable to set and prioritize work with varying exceptions Ability to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds Communicates with clarity, verbally in one on one or group situations, and over the telephone Communicates well in writing by composing clear documents _________________________ Your differences enhance our performance At Airgas, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.
