We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers
- Assist customers with their purchasing decisions and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with diverse customers
- Experience in technology sales or electronics sales is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly sales floor and stock inventory

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.13 - $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 29 per week
