We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of retail sales associates
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Schedule shifts and manage employee payroll
- Collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets and goals

Skills:
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Proficient in shift management and scheduling
- Knowledge of store operations, including inventory management and customer service
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems for payroll processing and reporting

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 29 per week
