Hands on technician for startup, processing & maintaining our Injection Molding Machines and associated equipment;
Processing and handling of polypropylene;
Perform work as specified;
Analyze & repair machine issues as they arise;
Perform all preventative maintenance requirements for machines and related devices;
Maintain a safe & clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules & regulations. Document actions by completing maintenance and quality forms;
Verify that connected automated systems are set to regulation parameters;
As required, clean, smooth and position molds and cores;
Set-up and operate machines, read blueprints, and measure product with calipers;
Troubleshoot Injection Molding Machines and equipment;
Troubleshooting tasks might include, but not be limited to, analyzing faulty equipment, human error and preventing defects from occurring;
Operation of forklift as required;
Other related assignments as required;
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
Manufacturing Experience, Manufacturing Quality, Safety Management, Quality Focus, Production Planning;
Independence, Reporting Skills, Automated Manufacturing.
Certification or experience in Electrical Technology, Mechanical Maintenance is desirable;
Prior experience with Injection Molding Equipment a plus. Hourly pay based on experience.
