U.S. Legal Support is Hiring a Customer Service Specialist Near Los Angeles, CA

 

Are you customer service driven, can communicate effectively and have a keen eye for detail? Do you like to problem solve and have a desire to help people?

U.S. Legal Support seeks a Customer Service Specialist that pays a great attention to detail, communicates effectively, and has excellent problem solving skills. Customer service Specialist duties include interacting with clients via e-mail and over the phone to help resolve issues. 

 If you possess these qualities, consider joining our legal service team in onsite role in Santa Monica, California! 

Customer Service Specialist job functions

  • Investigate and research problems thereby ensuring proper corrective action is taken 
  • Quickly address client and sales partner inquires and resolve any issuesto final resolution
  • Set-up new client accounts via the company portal 
  • Direct, coach, and prepare new clients to use portal features 
  • Perform transcript/video status checks 
  • Field incoming inquiries from clients around price quotes for jobs which have already been performed
  • Express genuine interest and retain knowledge of the type of legal services offered

Requirements

All you need to be a Customer Service Specialist is 3 years of relevant work experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior administrative/office experience a plus!
