We have been engaged by a Boston-based, boutique strategy consulting firm to conduct a search for Associate Consultants (1-4 years of post-undergrad experience).

The firm works with Fortune 500 as well as mid-size ($500MM-5Bn) companies. They are active across all sectors; they also work with private equity firms advising on diligence and post-deal strategy.

Ideal candidates for the Associate position will typically have:

• excellent academic records, usually from top 10 schools
• 1-4 years of post-undergraduate work experience
• strong analytical and interpersonal skills

• the opportunity to work on high profile projects with blue-chip clients
• engagement in small project teams with high levels of interactions with clients and Partners
• significant levels of responsibility
