Pay: $22.10/hr, and will receive a shift differential with potential for overtime.
Hours: 11:oo pm to 7:30 am
Position Summary
- Operator Care-Basic lubrication, inspection adjustments, repairs, cleaning (CLAIR LEAN Manufacturing- Contribute to a continuous improvement environment by participating in activities to include line side problem solving.
- 5S program (Andon System Stoplight)- Contribute to a safe and organized work environment by maintaining a clean and orderly work space.
- Physical lifting/moving, bending to stock material from inventory location to robotic equipment (Min 25 LBS).
- Perform perfect packaging checks.
- Safely and efficiently resolve jam ups and equipment malfunctions.
- Identify material quality defects and take appropriate action.
- Weigh rework using a floor scale and Human Machine Interface (HMI) workstation.
- Operate handheld digital scanner.
Requirements
- Must have 6 Months of continuous work experience documented in application (or Resume).
Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Must be willing and able to bend, twist, and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be willing and able to lift, push, or carry up to 25 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment and requires repetitive motions.
- Must be willing and able to stand, bend, reach overhead, and twist for long periods of time.
- Must be willing and able to stand 8-12 hours a day on hard floor.
