Job Description: Part-Time Airbnb Maintenance for OwlStays

About the Role:

We're seeking a reliable and handy individual to maintain our Airbnb property located in Kansas City, KS/MO. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain landscaping (mowing, weeding, etc.)
• Perform basic servicing and repairs of HVAC systems (replace air filters, troubleshoot minor issues)
• Conduct preventative pest control measures
• Clean and paint common areas (as needed)
