Job Details: All TMs are expected to abide by company policies and procedures while maintaining safety in ALL they do. This is a relief worker “floater” position. The general scope of this position is to receive training in various departments and task throughout the hatchery. The TM would then be assigned to fulfill daily task in which he/she has received training during absences, vacations, LOA events or vacancies. Must be able to push egg buggies weighing 1300lbs, lift egg slides weighing 50lbs, work in hot and humid environment, must be able to stand walk lift push pull for normal 10 hour shift duration, this position is subject to various work schedules with advanced notification based upon staffing needs. Therefore, the applicant must be willing and able to work any shift as well as weekends. Due to potential cross-contamination, applicants MUST disclose prior to an interview if any avian species reside within the home or property (chickens, ducks, turkeys, parakeets, cockatiels, peacocks, etc.) Rehiring Criteria: Applicant must not have worked for Tyson more than a total of 3 times prior. Applicants must also have completed at least 180 days since their last employment with Tyson.
