This position is responsible for providing guidance and ensuring compliance with management directives to the Team Members on a daily basis in the Thigh Debone Area. This position is also required to complete various log sheets. This position will be exposed to possible warm or cold temperatures, wet, humid or dusty conditions. This position will require walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 70 pounds on a frequent basis. **This position requires basic math and computer skills. ** Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork **Must be able to read invoices, packing slips, records of materials, etc. Preferred Skills Forklift experience preferred, but not required. Team lead or line lead experience preferred but not required. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent another certificate preferred, but not required.
