Job Functions: The Sales Support Specialist will assist in ensuring that the company receives payment for goods and services offered to clients.

• Create and send invoices for all equipment placed by dealers.
• Create monthly transfers for dealers, including internal and external. This requires complex movement of equipment through internal systems.
• Create/process outgoing and incoming orders for equipment for dealers as well as orders for equipment sent to exhibitions and farm shows.
• Respond to telephone calls and emails from dealers and territory managers answering questions/concerns and resolving problems.
• Reconcile accounts for the Shipping department daily as well as monthly closing.
• Assists in generating monthly billing statements based on the general ledger. 
• Copies, files, and retrieves materials for accounts receivable as needed. 
• Relay changes of information to appropriate employees. 
• Performs other related duties as assigned. 
• Accounts payable backup/cross training. 

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred. 
• At least 3 years of office experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) or related software as well as other accounting software programs.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculator, and copier.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers. 
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and oral and written communication skills.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.
