Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role involves troubleshooting issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. This position will report to the HR Manager, and it will be based in Rome, Georgia. 

Job Functions:

• Overall responsibility for supporting all IT activities.
• Consult with users to identify operating procedures, problems, and requirements. 
• Monitors project milestones and generates periodic status reports.
• Assume a team lead role for the work team.
• Works highly independent. 
• Provide technical support to end-users on various IT issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot software applications and system problems.
• Set up and manage user accounts and permissions.
• Monitor IT systems to ensure functionality and security.
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues.

skills:

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure components and systems
• Experience in help desk for user support; strong technical support skills
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Understanding of security system configurations and security protocols
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in SAP and Salesforce a bonus
• Ability to diagnose and resolve computer hardware issues.
• Understanding of computer networking principles
