Tyler-Stone Group is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist (FT) Near Beachwood, OH

RECEPTIONIST – Wealth Management Firm
We are a wealth management firm seeking a personable receptionist to join our successful financial advisory practice in Beachwood. This is an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a well-established firm, learn about the business and build your knowledge of the financial services industry.
As the front desk receptionist, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the below duties:
  • Answering and transferring incoming calls to the appropriate personnel. Taking thorough and complete messages when needed.
  • Welcomes, determines nature of business, announces, directs or escorts visitors as requested to appropriate personnel.
  • Coordinate lunch meetings for staff 2-3x per week
  • Notify vendors of any maintenance requests and follow through request until completion
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail deliveries to appropriate staff/mailboxes
  • Daily cleaning/organizing of our reception area, kitchen and conference rooms.
  • Maintain and order general office and mailing supplies
  • Maintain, file and/or scan monthly, yearly compliance documents/logs
  • Coordinate office/compliance events
  • Format and distribute monthly/yearly client mailers
  • Provide general clerical support, including preparing correspondence using Microsoft Word, copying, collating, scanning, faxing and distributing.
The successful candidate for this position will have a pleasant personality, professional demeanor, excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
The starting hourly wage for this full-time position is $15 per hour. We offer competitive benefits and a pleasant, casual work environment.
