Baralife Medical is currently seeking an energetic and friendly Part-time Dental Receptionist that strives in a fast paced environment, for a dental practice in Beachwood OH, that offers Family, Cosmetic, Restorative and Implant services.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain patient records and update information in the system
- Coordinate patient referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Collaborate with the dental/medical team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist in a dental or medical office preferred
- Proficient in using office systems and software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of dental or medical terminology is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling patient inquiries
