Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in various settings and ensuring their safe transportation to the laboratory for testing. This is a vital role in the healthcare field that requires attention to detail, excellent patient care skills, and knowledge of laboratory techniques.

Duties:
- Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens from patients
- Utilize proper techniques to ensure accurate and safe specimen collection
- Label and properly package specimens for transportation to the laboratory
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and specimen collection
- Follow established protocols and procedures for specimen handling and processing
- Provide exceptional patient care during the phlebotomy process
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient comfort during the procedure
- Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines at all times

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of a phlebotomy training program or certification preferred
- Previous experience in a clinical laboratory or healthcare setting is a plus
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Proficient in venipuncture techniques and specimen collection processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in various settings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
