DISHWASHER:

Responsibilities:

• Standard washing of dishes as necessary during and after service as necessary
• Maintain dish area clean and up to heath department regulations
• Run dirty dishes from bus stations to dish pit when helpful
• Work well and productively with other team members in kitchen area as well as FOH
• Monitor cleaning supplies inventory
• Report any issues or needs to Kitchen Manager
• Daily detailed cleaning of dining area and bathrooms before or after service

There is opportunity for this position both full time and part time. We would like the full time position to carry some responsibilities similar to a porter with the cleaning and maintaining of the facility. There is room for advanced pay depending on experience.
