- Pay, Perks, and Benefits: competitive hourly wage at $14 / hour, weekly FRIDAY paychecks, opportunities to earn tips daily and bonuses monthly, as well as benefits such as health insurance and opportunities for advancement within our growing company.
- 2023 average compensation pay / hour tips equated to $17 for Movers. Does NOT include bonus or commission earnings.

- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a smooth and successful move.
- Use your problem-solving skills to navigate tight spaces, tricky corners, and other challenges that may arise during the move.
- Ensure that all necessary equipment, such as dollies and moving blankets, are used properly.
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
- A willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends
- The ability to lift 100 pounds
- The ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb stairs
- A friendly personality with customer service skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
