- Acts as a point of contact for new and existing customers to establish a rapport and build confidence in TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® services
- Aid in the creation of marketing campaigns
- Keep the company’s online presence current and impactful by sharing updated sales and marketing content on the website and social media platforms
- Supervise and produce social media posts to enhance brand visibility
- Keep current with company reviews, escalating ones that need attention
- Coordinate and attend trade shows, parades and other company events
- Involvement in community through networking events
- Coordinate and monitor grassroots marketing
- Travel between our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® locations in southern WI
- Calmly and professionally handle displeased customers and provide timely feedback to management regarding customer concerns
- May prepare various reports for management as well as gather research and statistics
- May prepare proposals, letters, mass mailings, and other miscellaneous correspondence
- Ensures display area is maintained in a clean and professional manner; i.e. brochure stocks and box displays, marketing materials
- All other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; associate's degree in related field preferred
- A minimum of six months to one year of marketing experience is required
- Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
- Effective listening and communication skills; good grammar, voice and diction
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
- Accurate; consistent attention to detail
- Confidence to initiate customer contact
- Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills; able to perform basic business math
- Able to present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors
- Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Core Values
- Must be proficient with all Microsoft applications: knowledge of SOCI, Monday.com, and Canva preferred
- Complete and pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Bilingual is a plus
