- Growth opportunities
- Drives overall top line of the franchise through in-home consultations and inbound leads
- Recommend and estimate our services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
- Visit homes and businesses and provide an estimate for our services while onsite with the intent to close the sale and schedule before leaving the customers ‘home
- Provide outstanding customer service on all calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries with a strong emphasis on accurate estimates and closing the sale
- Enter, schedule, and coordinate selected services
- Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints, or customer service issues
- Follow-up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction
- Consistently achieve monthly goals for all revenue streams and service levels
- Responsible for attending local chamber and community events to develop relationships within the community
- Perform grassroots marketing tactics by visiting local referral sources on a re-occurring schedule
- Will assist the operations team in dispatching and covering other operational duties on a rotation
- All other duties as assigned
- A driven sales performer, confident in their ability to achieve goals and be compensated on a commission structure based on performance
- Professional grammar and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and enter customer data into software while in the home/business
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale
- Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to teamwork, compassion for all, and being your best while having fun
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Some college is strongly preferred
- At least two years of sales and customer service experience
- Excellent customer service skills: effective listening and communication
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
- Able to perform basic business math
