TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is Hiring a Dispatcher (Part-Time) Near Billings, MT

HIRING IMMEDIATELY!
The Mover/Driver - Dispatcher will assist the work of an assigned crew of movers and drivers while continuously demonstrating TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Core Values. This includes preparing trucks, assisting with schedules, and making sure the warehouse is in good working order.

Responsibilities
  • Has a constant awareness of the location and status of crews and estimated times
  • Assists with dispatch and tracking uniforms, equipment, boxes, and packing supplies inventory
  • Ensures team members accurately complete pre and post-trip inspections and equipment checklists daily
  • Review completed sales orders for accuracy
  • Communicates retraining by submitting a retraining request to the Operations Manager to schedule with the training coordinator
  • Works closely with movers and drivers to ensure the successful completion of moves with no negative feedback
  • Helps create a positive “can do” workplace environment that is customer focused
  • Boost referral ratings and customer satisfaction scores throughout the year
  • Occasional box and/or supply deliveries to workers in the field
  • All other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Project professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
  • Possess attention to detail, initiative, and sound judgment
  • Must be proficient in map reading and have the ability to communicate directions
  • Must be able to communicate in an effective, helpful, and friendly manner with co-workers and customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished with written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Experience in collections is a plus
  • Good time management skills
  • Able to occasionally go on jobs and lift 80-100 lbs.
