We're opening our new location this fall at The Shops at Park Lane. 

Job Summary:

Reporting to the General Manager, the Admin will partner closely with the GM on a variety of daily tasks from payroll reporting to invoicing, new hire orientation to recruiting, helping run EOD reports, and general office duties such as ordering supplies.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Willingness to accept the most effective role;
  • Assist GM with bi-weekly payroll reports, sending the final data to Corporate when complete;
  • Assist GM with HR tasks such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and organizing personnel files. Check-in meetings with Corporate HR for further HR partnership on culture and fun events;
  • Audit Attendance reports and log discrepancies, drafting disciplinary templates for the manager;
  • Respond to employee inquiries via phone lines and email, directing them to the appropriate department as needed;
  • Creating daily reports for FOH operations i.e staffing models;
  • Inputting Labor reports and process scheduling for all departments;
  • Processing Invoices and logging receivables;
  • Responsible for providing exceptional guest service at Two Bit Circus in line with our Service Standards;
  • Responsible for the promotion of a safe and professional workplace through consistently adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Two Bit Circus SOPs and Two Bit Circus Handbook;
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • The position is based in Dallas;
  • The role is non-exempt with the rate of pay ranging from $18 - $20 per hour;
  • Previous administrative experience within hospitality or event venues preferred;
  • Previous experience with HR functions of conducting orientations, and payroll is strongly preferred;
  • Must be flexible regarding schedule, as it is based on business demands;
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred;
  • Experience working in a start-up environment;
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Requires regular and predictable attendance;
  • Requires successful completion of a criminal background check.

  • Must have regular and predictable attendance.
