Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. This is a great opportunity to work in the hospitality industry and be part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome

- Present guests with menus, all necessary tasting items, communicate server name, and relay any relevant information.

- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests

- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station

- Manage waitlists and reservations

- Collaborate with Tasting room manager to ensure smooth operations

- Handle phone calls and take reservations with professionalism and accuracy

- Provide accurate wait time estimates to guests

- Monitor seating areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup

Skills:

- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

- Ability to effectively communicate with guests, team members, and management

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure

-Maintain knowledge of Tasting Room layout- table and seating arrangements
