Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team. As a Cashier/Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and assisting customers with their purchases.

Additionally, to excel in this role, you must have a thorough understanding of our available services, such as membership benefits and birthday packages. You will need to introduce and promote the services we offer, and assist customers in selecting the most suitable options based on their needs and preferences.

Duties:
- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately
- Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Enjoy working in a kids' environment; interact positively with children and families, creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cashier or in retail sales is preferred
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Strong communication skills in English; fluency in a second language is a plus
- Knowledge of retail math for accurate pricing and calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
