Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the RN Supervisor, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents. Nursing care is provided through the implementation and evaluation of the plan of care. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) adheres to the standards of care for the area, manages the environment to maintain resident safety, and supervises the resident care activity performance by nursing assistants and helpers. Follow all Twinbrook Healthcare & Rehabilitation policies and procedures. Performs duties as defined by the State Nurse Practice Act, communicates to RN Supervisor for duties outside scope of practice for guidance.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:
All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen and PA Criminal Background in accordance with the PA Older Adult Protection Act.
