We are an established dental office in O'Fallon, Missouri looking to add an associate to our growing practice. With a new state of the art facility completed January 2024, we are a 14 operatory practice with approx. 120-150 new patients per month.

Twin Oaks Family Dental was purchased by Dr. Blake in 2018, and has since grown from a previously analog office, to a modern full digital office. Our office technology includes CBCT, digital records, intraoral scanners, 3d printers, and an in office lab quality milling machine.

Normal hours will be as following:

Mon: 7am-4:00PM

Tue: 7am-4:00PM

Wed: 7am-4:00PM

Thurs: 7am-4:00PM

**Additional patient treatment hours are available based upon desired schedule.

Daily Guarantee of $675 offered for first 6 months, or 30% adjusted production no lab fee (excluding clear aligner lab costs).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a General Dentist:

· Must have exceptional patient service skills and a strong commitment to being an active part of the dental team.

· Passion for providing excellent care and quality dental treatment is a must.

· Ability to educate patients and show them the advances in modern dentistry.

· Responsible to restore and maintain the patient's oral cavity in an optimum state without jeopardizing their health

· Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics

· Maintaining records relating to the oral health of patients and the treatment given to them

· Ability to connect with patients and building trust with excellent communication skills and compassion,

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for a General Dentist

· A dental license must be valid and in good standing with the State of Florida.

· Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certificate.

· Controlled Substance Certificate

· Must have strong computer skills and digital x-ray knowledge.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to keep detailed records

Education, Certification Training and License needed for a General Dentist

· DEA

· State of Missouri License

· Current Malpractice Insurance

· Graduating certificates

· CPR

· Covid vaccine required for employment
