Twin Health is Hiring a Remote Marketing Developer

Opportunity 

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Developer to join our dynamic and growing marketing team. As a Marketing Developer, you will play a key role in creating, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various digital platforms (email, landing pages, etc). You will work closely with the marketing team to develop innovative solutions that drive customer acquisition and engagement and contribute to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.

This role sits on the Twin Health Marketing team — you’ll collaborate closely with the Senior Graphic Designer, Copywriter, and broader Marketing team as well as cross-functional stakeholders in Product and Engineering. Success in this role requires self-motivation, attention to detail, and effective teamwork and communication. Beyond your creativity and development expertise, we’re looking for someone who has a track record of building highly converting landing pages, improving conversion rates through a/b testing, and ensuring we are building scalable solutions for future growth.

Responsibilities

  • Web development
    • Develop responsive landing pages, email templates, and other digital assets using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Build and optimize registration flows for new members to register for the Twin programs
  • Web analytics: Implement tracking pixels, tags, and other analytics tools to measure campaign performance and user behavior. 
  • Landing page optimization: Optimize website and landing page performance for speed, usability, and conversion rate across mobile (iOS/Android) and desktop browsers.
  • Email development: Assist with email development needs as needed
  • A/B testing: Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Subject matter expertise
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for marketing-related issues.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and web development.
  • External Vendor Management and support: Managing external vendors, timelines, and expectations

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years preferred 
  • Proven experience in web development, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and landing page principles and best practices.
  • Software skills: 
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as Webflow and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc) is a plus.
  • Data analysis: Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate development scoping decisions, roadmaps, and prioritization.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Project management: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for wellbeing and health is essential.
  • Preferred: experience with marketing development for healthcare marketing and/or challenging to market products/services (B2B2C). Tech startup experience is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $85,000-$95,000 annually.
