Location: Rogers, MN
Hours: 8 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday
Salary: $55,000 – 73,000/yr., DOE

Job duties of the quality control manager:
- Be knowledgeable of quality policy
- Oversee and maintain company quality records
- Perform functions as quality inspector as needed
- Assist training employees
- Own, manage, and maintain the growth of the ISO quality system
- Own and manage completed paperwork, and packet for new tools/parts prior to the start of a new job run
- Oversee quality part checks and daily recordings
- Perform FA’s, PPAP, and CP K Studies as needed
- Answer questions from customers about new products
- Proper handling of rejected parts/materials
- Own and manage a budget for the QC department
Requirements of the quality control manager:
- High school diploma and technical college training preferred
- Advanced knowledge of GD&T
- Advanced knowledge using quality inspecting tools
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Read and understand blueprints
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous management experience is preferred
- Detailed orientated
- Self-motivated and a fast learner
- Must be able to maintain data privacy and confidentiality
- Lift up to 30 lbs. frequently
