Location: Minneapolis, MN
Wage: $25 - $29 per hour (Depending on Qualifications)
Hours:
- First shift: 6 am - 4:30 pm, Monday – Thursday
- Second shift: 4 pm – 2:30 am, Monday – Thursday
- Weekend shift: 6 am – 6 pm, Friday – Sunday

Duties of the punch press setup/ operator:
- Perform setups on punch press utilizing progressive tooling, single hit, and compound dies
- Set up and diagnose issues with tooling, including progressive dies, stage tooling, and short-run temporary tooling
- Calculate shut height
- Install limit switches, safety chains, and light screens
- Turn in first article pieces to QA department
- Install and affix applicable safety guards
- Assist in training and certification of Junior Die Setter and operators as necessary
Requirements of the punch press setup / operator:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in punch press setup
- Ability to work with the Toolroom and QA departments to resolve tooling and QA issues
