Assistant Operations Manager (luxury retail or hospitality exp. req.) Description 

Our client, a luxury jewelry designer, is looking to add an Assistant Operations Manager to their location in Dallas, TX. This location recently expanded, and they have created this position to provide more support to their Store Manager. Although you will not directly manage their Team (16), you will be the second-in-command helping to enforce best practices while achieving growth objectives. From overseeing daily operations to helping to shape overall store procedures, you can make a direct impact on a family-owned company looking to expand its already sizable footprint in the DFW area. You will be mentored by their Store Manager who has been with them for over 10 years. Assistant Operations Manager (luxury retail or hospitality exp. req.) Responsibilities 

• Support store operations including sales administration and inventory management 
• Operate in a service-minded mentality and look for opportunities to offer assistance 
• Oversee floor operations to ensure proper staffing and execution
• Create and implement strategies to boost sales and profitability
• Maintain brand standards and pursue continuous product training 
• Educate and coach sales associates to enhance sales techniques 
• Maintain a visually appealing, organized store that aligns with the brand's identity
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
• Assist in conducting performance assessments and provide constructive feedback 
• Collaborate with the leadership team to plan and implement promotional activities 
• Evaluate processes and identify continuous improvement opportunities

• Associate’s degree required 
• 3 years of luxury retail or hospitality experience required 
• 2 years of operations experience required 
• Ability to work weekends and holidays required
